We also provide specialist sports specific knee braces. These can be worn to reduce the risk of injury or provide increased stability whilst increased forces are placed upon the knee joint.

To ensure you receive the correct knee brace you will require a full assessment with one of our experienced orthotists. Within this assessment you will be able to discuss your condition and requirements with our orthotists who will complete a visual and physical analysis, this will involve watching you walk and move as well as testing your knee for weakness. Your foot posture may also be observed to see if the foot could be contributing to your knee issues. By gathering this information our orthotists will be able to offer you with the most appropriate knee brace for you. To make sure your new knee brace is fitted correctly you will be required to attend a fitting appointment, this will enable our orthotist to make the appropriate adjustments to the device as well as showing you how to fit the brace correctly yourself.
